Mineral Spirits
If you ever plan on refinishing hardwood floors in your home be warned of the following two things be cognizant of the following:
you’ll be left with a lot of dust
don’t clean it with mineral spirits
If you don’t follow the advice in the second bullet then remember the magic word… VENTILATE

FOUR of FIVE ain't bad!
This has been a spectacular week for several reasons: BEST work week I can remember. Great time at home with my little family :) Lots of energy and positivity in my life.Sometimes a something not-so-positive needs to happen in order to have a breakthrough. I really feel like I’m on to something big. Now if I can shed some of my lingering bad habits I’d be thrilled.

InSTEDD makes innovative use of some web-based technologies I use everyday to improve disaster response and disease detection/prevention. in a mock disaster they used twitter over sms to provide real-time, micro news updates from the field in a google earth mashup. very cool. looking forward to seeing more from this organization
